1. Automation Function
Automatic Start and Load
The unit automatically starts upon receiving a start command from the self-control or remote control, with a success rate of over 99%. A startup cycle consists of three startups, with an interval of 10-15 seconds between each startup After the unit is successfully started, it should be able to automatically load when the oil pressure reaches the specified value, and the loading time is usually 10 seconds After three failed startups, the unit will not start again and will issue a startup failure alarm signal. If there is a backup unit, it should be able to transmit the startup command to the backup unit Automatic Unloading and Shutdown: After receiving an automatic or remote shutdown command, the unit can automatically unload and shut down in two ways: normal shutdown and emergency shutdown. Normal shutdown steps: After cutting off the main circuit (disconnect the air switch or switch the ATS to the mains side); Emergency shutdown steps: Immediately cut off the main circuit and fuel circuit The automatic protection unit has low oil pressure, overvoltage, overspeed, overload, short circuit, and phase loss protection. The water-cooled unit has high water temperature protection function, and the air-cooled unit has high cylinder temperature protection function
2、 The remote monitoring function meets the technical requirements of remote monitoring, with telemetry, remote signaling, and remote control functions. It can monitor the operating parameters and status of the unit in real-time and remotely. When the unit encounters abnormal situations or serious faults, it can automatically alarm the monitoring center and achieve remote control of the unit. Serial machine backup function: It can be used in conjunction with ATS to achieve automatic switching between mains power and diesel generator sets, or dual backup switching between two diesel generator sets Parallel expansion function: Two or more three-phase units with identical specifications and models can operate stably in parallel within the range of (20-100)% rated power at the rated power factor. In order to improve the accuracy of reasonable allocation of active and reactive power and the stability of operation, it is required that the diesel engine governor in the unit has a device that adjusts the steady-state speed regulation rate within the range of (2-5)%. The voltage regulating device inside the control box (screen) can adjust the steady-state voltage regulation rate within a range of 5%
