Generator sets used on railways and highways are mainly used for mechanical maintenance and emergency measures. ATS function, AMF function, low noise, stable performance, supporting the normal operation of train station toll stations
1、 Low work noise
Ultra low noise, ensuring a sufficiently quiet environment for railway personnel to dispatch safely, while also ensuring that passengers have a quiet waiting environment
2、 In the event of the following faults in the main and necessary protective devices, the unit will automatically shut down and issue corresponding signals: low oil pressure, high water temperature, overspeed, unsuccessful start, etc The starting mode of the unit is selected as automatic starting mode. The crew must have AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) function and be equipped with ATS to achieve fully automatic start-up. When there is a power outage, the delay in starting time is less than or equal to; After 5 seconds (adjustable), the unit can automatically start (with a total of three consecutive automatic start functions), and the full negative switching time between mains power and the unit is less than or equal to; 10 seconds, the time required to fully meet the load input is less than 12 seconds. After the mains power is restored, the unit will maintain 0-300 seconds of operation and cool down (adjustable) before automatically shutting down
3、 Stable performance and strong reliability. The average fault interval of the unit shall not be less than 2000 hours In terms of technical performance, the no-load voltage setting range of the unit is 95-105% of the rated voltage
Solution
Generally, a railway station toll station consists of two power sources, one is the mains power, and the other is equipped with some diesel generator sets to cope with sudden power outages. The generator set is required to have AMF function, equipped with ATS, and ensure that in the event of a power outage in the main power supply of the train station, the alternative power supply system must be able to provide power immediately, with low noise and stability meeting the special requirements of the train station. By equipping with RS232 or RS485/422 communication interfaces, it can be connected to a computer for remote monitoring, remote control, remote signaling, and telemetry, achieving full automation and unmanned operation
