During handling, attention should be paid to tying the lifting steel cable at the appropriate part of the machine and lifting it lightly. When lifting the unit for installation, first connect the protruding lifting points on the underframe, and then check whether it has been firmly hung, whether there are cracks in the welding place and whether the screws are tightened.

For the transmission part and sliding part of the unit, do not rotate or slide before the antirust oil is removed. If the antirust oil has been removed due to inspection, it should be reapplied after inspection.
(3) Scribed positioning The vertical and horizontal reference lines of the installation site of the units shall be defined according to the dimensions of the relationship between each unit and the center of the wall or column and between units marked in the plane layout. The allowable deviation between the center of the unit and the wall and column is 20mm, and the allowable deviation between units is 10mm. < br/>(4) Understand the design content, prepare the construction material inspection equipment, understand the design content, understand the construction drawings, and refer to the instruction manual. Prepare materials according to the materials needed in the design drawing, and then deliver the materials to the site according to the sequence of the construction organization plan.
