The exhaust pipe emits black smoke
When the diesel engine is overloaded, its rotating speed will be greatly reduced. At this moment, the excessive diesel oil sprayed into the cylinder will emit black smoke because it is too late to be fully burned, and when it is severe, it will be actively turned off. At this moment, if you can crank the crankshaft, you can restart it, but you should pay attention to reducing the load before putting people into operation.
White smoke from the exhaust pipe
If there is water in the diesel oil, the exhaust pipe emits white smoke. Turn on the oil drain faucet of the fuel tank and drain the water before starting. If there is still white smoke, it may be that the cylinder gasket has been washed. When cooling water enters the incineration chamber, check whether there is water in the engine oil, and replace the cylinder gasket and engine oil if necessary. When the temperature is too low in winter, the diesel engine also emits white smoke after starting. At this moment, if the load is increased immediately, it will simply turn off.
We must not neglect the smooth maintenance of equipment. In hot season, try to choose engine oil with longer viscosity, and in cold season, we can use thinner engine oil to smooth it reasonably.

Check whether the diesel oil in the fuel tank is used up or whether the vent hole of the fuel tank cover is blocked. If this hole is blocked, there will be a vacuum in the fuel tank and the diesel oil supply will not be smooth. In addition, check whether there is air or moisture in the fuel system. You can put the throttle in the middle position and crank the crankshaft. If you can't hear the sound of fuel injection, air enters the fuel low-pressure system. Check whether the oil pipe and joints are damaged or leaked, and clean the air side by side before starting. If the load is unstable after starting, it may be that the oil circuit is blocked or the diesel oil is dirty, and the oil circuit will be blocked due to water freezing in the oil in winter. If you can hear the sound of fuel injection, it may be that there is something wrong with the valve train. Check whether the valve clamp spring and locking plate have fallen off, whether the valve tension spring is broken, whether the valve push rod is normal, whether the valve adjusting bolt is loose, whether the valve and the guide tube or the rocker arm and rocker arm shaft are sintered and lose their function, and whether the valve and the valve seat are ablated. If there is any problem in the above parts, clean them before starting, and pay special attention to prevent the valve from falling into the cylinder.
