1. Working conditions

The unit can work reliably and output power under the following conditions, and can work continuously for 24 hours in rated power output mode (including 10% overload for 1 hour every 12 hours);

The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;

The lower limit of ambient temperature is-15 C and the upper limit is 40 C. Other environmental units can be selected.

3, the main and necessary protection device

The unit can automatically detect and alarm the starting battery voltage, and automatically delay the shutdown under the following conditions: too low, too high water temperature, too low water level, overload and startup failure, and send out corresponding signals;

Emergency stop under the following conditions: overspeed, short circuit, lack of phase, high voltage, voltage loss and low frequency;

The starting mode of the unit is selected as automatic starting mode. The unit must have AMF (automatic mains failure) function and be equipped with ATS to realize full automatic starting. When the mains power fails, the starting time is delayed : After 5 seconds (adjustable), the unit can be started automatically (there are three consecutive automatic starting functions), and the full negative switching time of the mains/unit is ; 10 seconds, the time required to fully meet the input load is less than 12 seconds. After the commercial power is restored, the unit will stop automatically after maintaining 0-300 seconds of operation and cooling (adjustable);

4. The brushless permanent magnet excitation alternator can provide high motor starting endurance, and has anti-interference to the waveform distortion of the output voltage of the main stator caused by nonlinear load, which can improve the generator's capacity with nonlinear load. Stronger ability to withstand short-circuit current (usually up to 3 times the rated current for 10S).

5, stable performance and strong reliability

The average time between failures of the unit is not less than 2000 hours;

In terms of technical performance, the no-load voltage setting range of the unit is 95-105 rated voltage;

When the unit supplies power to the phase-controlled rectifier, switching power supply, UPS power supply or other loads, low-frequency oscillation will not occur when the starting load is less than the rated value of unit 50.

The generator can overload 1.5 times the rated current at rated voltage for 2 minutes;

The unit has the functions of telemetry, remote communication and remote control, and can monitor, collect, process, record and report the relevant data of the equipment locally and remotely.
